I'm in the same boat...My AC was not cooling below 60F was told by the AC shop previous compressor was not suctioning properly, Just replaced compressor, dyer and condenser yesterday. Have not replaced the expansion valve yet. The new compressor came with oil and the system is not recharged yet. I'm thinking of taking the truck back to the ac shop tomorrow (compressor disconnected) and having it recharge to see if it cools ok before attempting to replace the expansion (looks like a big job). Your advice will be appreciated.

If you drive your truck to the A/C shop there are a couple of things to do first, ensure the system is in "ECON" and then switch the system "OFF" then there no chance the compressor can run without oil and refrigerant fluid/gas.

This is a useful typical a/c computer vid by SuperSport.

Try running the self diagnostic program as per the video and see whether the codes appear on the RHS of the screen display. Have you checked the RAVE manual online here as it may be something like a temperature valve.

What, exactly, are "all the new parts?"
