Hi,
Where should I connect the Amps Meter in order to check how many amps my car draws.
Thanks a lot,

CandiMan, I started getting RFI in my stereo. I have a aftermarket Kenwood deck and when I listen to the FM I get a crackling, at first it was only one station but now it is all of them. Ideas?

What I'm saying is that RFI can still be associated withinferior wires, or can be as simple as a bad ground and/or not having the proper wire gauge for the radio (or amp)negative and power wires.
With you stating you're starting to get RFI, does that mean you did not have any RFI before? If that's the case, I would eliminate the spark plug wires as a possible cause. If it was the spark plug wires, you would have notice the RFI soon after installing deck unit.
Check the deck unit for loose power or ground connections. If you have a aftermarket amplifier, do the same for that. Also double check to make sure the wire gauge is adequate for your unit.
it's because I am planning on installing an HHO Generator to increase my MPG.
So I need to know now much amps are 'free' to use by the HHO. Some cells draw 15 Amps, some 25, some 35Amps, some more than that.
That way I won't fry my alternator

Can you provide a link to a website that sells this HHO Generator, or take the time to describe in details exactly what a HHO is? My Spidie sense is tingling
(and yes I'm a child of the 80's)
I think that it is the plug wires. I have cheap Duralast wires on the trk. That is what I installed last year when I bought it (before I knew about the Magnecor wires), had the stereo installed no problems, the wires went bad, replaced them under warrenty and then the RFI started shortly after if I remember right.
Now the trk has a mis and the RFI is really bad.
