another diff lock question

Default another diff lock question

when i lock my diff, the light does not come on, could it just be a burnt out bulb? also is there a way to tell ifall 4 wheels are spinningwithout jacking up all 4 wheels? its a 99 disco

Might have a bulb out, might not be locking in. Try to peel out on a gravel road. Probably only have 2 tires break loose, but as long as it is 1 in front and 1 in back, you are ok.

What are you using to engage the CDL?
If the light is not coming on it could be the bulb is burned, does the truck lurch a little when locked up and you turn circles, if so you are locked.
