My 97 Disco SE7 anti theft light is keep on blinking, no stereo not working and both front seats are not working also. Any ideas what's goin on? Thank you so much.

 

What have you tested so far?? Grounds, resetting the alarm anything??

Nothing so far Mike, I have no idea what to do first. Could you layout me some steps to isolate this problem? Thank you so very much in advance.

 

Check your fuses first. How long has this been happening, what were you doing when it started?
Take your key, put it in the drivers door and slowly lock and unlock the door 3 times, if it is the alarm, it should reset it.

Mike, fuse is okay. Try to reset the the alarm as you said, still blinking. It's started a bout two months ago. There will be a time that the anti theft light goes off and stereo start working so does the two front seats you'll be able to adjust them. Later of the day, it will not work again. I can not think off something that started this problem. Any other idea than I can try to do more troubleshooting.
