If the "moly" is molybednium disulfide, the only place I've seen it is in grease.

What's the container say?

I see no reason not to use it.
Looks like you can pour it into the gas tank next time you fill up.

No such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers.

Looking at the engine from the front, left side there is a rubber hose coming from the valve cover and going to the intake plenum.
That is your PCV system, remove the hose from the valve cover.
Inside the valve cover there should be a little plastic nipple sticking out, remove it and clean it with carb cleaner, let it dry and replace.
That is your oil seperator, it needs to be cleaned twice a year.

There are varying idea's on how best to do the induction cleaning, I start the truck, stick the PCV hose (valve cover side) into the can of cleaner, let it suck it in.
If it stales restart it.
Once the can is empty replace the hose and drive the hell out of the truck, it will smoke.
Others shut it off after the can is empty and let it soak for 10-15 min and then drive the hell out of it.

Its going to burn it off as soon as it goes into the engine so I dont know what good letting it soak does but some swear by it, so the option is yours.

got it ... sounds easy enough... now that i think about it i think i also read somewhere that you kind of just pulse the hose into the can repetitiously so as to add the cleaner slowly is this true.... also do you think the luiqi moly stuff i have is a good option to do this since i cant get seafoam

Yeah sure you can use that, you can even use water if you so choose (and trickle it in slow enough). You should let it barely drip in, put a clamp on the hose, it should last like 20 minutes.

No people do induction cleanings with water, not saying I would do it but people do.
