Found between the air box and washer fluid tube.

I think this is for the ABS unit that sets on it and keep it in place

usually it has 3 . Maybe this is one of them or its an old one.

Make sure your ABS is secure and tight in its place.

Ah, sure enough, right in front of my eyes. Interesting, all three are there and the ABS unit is original. Factory leave something behind? Haha
