That was one of my concerns too, and looking at my rack there si to much space between the rails and I dont think it would support a person unless you were directly on a rail and that would hurt.

Yes, then wedgies would become a huge problem.

Spike, if you get the Farmtek I'll be very surprised if you're not happy you did. I haven't seen a single person who's used it say they don't like it. The only people who I've seen say they didn't like it were people who didn't think it was classy enough for a Land Rover.

The only problem I have with the Farmtec stuff Tom is the price.
Its $20 each and I will need what, at least 6?
Thats way out of my budget range.
I can get a piece of expanded steel for around $50, paint it for $10 and zip tie it for free.

Some people cover the sloped part like I did, some people don't. If you don't, it takes 3.

I love my farmtek flooring. I ordered 3 parts shipped to the USVI so.... yeah, let's talk about cost. However the sloped part is open. Maybe in the future I will cover it all. I do use it but it's mostly for looks and it is holding up nicely in the Caribbean sun. I highly recommend it and I us UV rated high tensile strength zip ties.

The Polymax flooring from Farmtek is sold under other names, one of which is Versapad. You might contact Polymax and see if they can give you the name of someone local that carries it.
