I've tried sooooo mannyyyyy timmmeeesss to order parts from them and for a variety of website-related reasons can't. Slow, dead links, weird organization/layout. So many of you sing the praises of them, and I'm sort of just wondering how the heck you manage to even buy things in the first place without getting frustrated in the process.

The site was acting weird for me on Friday, but before that I've browsed and bough no problem. It's still acting odd now (nothing for D2 bumpers, for example).

Their site design breaks my brain. Find it really hard to search for and discover products. I tend to shop for Rover parts off hours so calling them isn't a likely scenario for me. I do shop via a few other sites for parts and find them easy to navigate, easy to search and find what I'm looking for, and very easy to check out. Pretty sure I've only managed to buy one thing from Lucky-8.

🤷🏻‍♂️

I called them last week looking for something on their website that was no longer showing up. They said they have been having difficulties with their website and soon their new website will be up and running.

I just call or pm here, and have always gotten excellent service.
Can't beat their prices or shipping speed either.

The few parts I've had the patience to buy have indeed been sent super quickly, and yeah, agreed, their prices are great. At least whatever they're saving on web development costs are getting passed down to the customer? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It’s not the most searchable site on the planet. Ordered a new complete watts linkage from the UK because I couldn’t find one one on their site. I posted about how cheap it was and I was quickly scolded for not using Lucky8, which I do plenty when they have the part which is often. Anyway one of the lucky8 employees saw the post and sent me a link to the part, $250, I paid maybe $60 from LRDirect? Now this was a couple years ago and I am sure things have improved.
