Want to know if it's worth that and if it's 7 passenger.

 

It is a SE model so it is not a 7 passenger model. Also, it is a little over priced for a 01.

 

If you click their auto check service it's reported as a SE7 there.

10,990 with 20K more miles but I'm not allowed to burn my loan money at an independent car lot.
