Default anyone recognize this part?

Does any one no what this metal bushing looking thing is? My 3 year old found it on the floor of my shop were Im in the middle of a power steering pump leak fix/oil pump gears and water pump change. My first instinct is it is connected to the power steering pump since I tipped it over after taking the two halves apart and all the internals fell out. I put it back together and didn't notice any missing parts and I have since jb welded the 2 case parts together so there is no taking it back apart to check. It could also be from some random project from one of our other vehicles. Just wanted to see if anyone recognized it as a landrover part that I might want to put back.

It kinda looks like the washer nut that is in the stock valve cover gaskets.

Never saw it before. Mine is an '03 as well and I had my pump off too. Don't remember seeing it anywhere.
