Put a piece of wood on a floor jack, and jack up the front of it where the fairlead is. It'll straighten it out. It appears that yours is angled down, it will fix that.

I may sell mine soon, I'm looking to get a bumper with a better approach angle. I'd probably want $700 for it or so, no rust, 3 months old.

Oh my god that looks sick, nice install. Has it changed the stance of the truck with your lift? Do you have an ultra gauge to check your engine temps? Ive heard stories of the engine running hotter with the ARB bumper because it restricts air flow.

By the way if you still have your old brush guard I would be very interested in acquiring the lamp guards that attach to it.

But will it fit an 03? I know the 03-04 seem to be a little different or at least this is what I see when looking at them on-line.

03-04 just has spots for the fog lights and the center is cut out for the 99-02, it will work perfectly on either.

Thanks all for the compliments, I really do appreciate it! I still have to do a few simple things to finish it up (the fog lights aren't done, and the light washer nozzles are routed kind of badly, so I'll probably re-do that) and then it should be done.

I put a piece of wood and a bottle jack and moved it up just a tiny bit. It sits pretty well flush now. It wasn't all that bad beforehand, and I wouldnt have even thought to do it if ZGPhoto hadn't suggested it.

DiscoRover007, I sent you a PM. I haven't yet checked temps, but I was thinking about doing so this weekend. I am installing a Saudi style grill this weekend and hopefully that should help with any airflow issues. The stance is a little more front heavy. The truck overall looks about equal, but the front feels more heavy driving. I've heard of people putting in stiffer/heavy duty springs or half inch spacers in to make the front end a bit higher again.

I've had to do it a few times. Because of the way the ARB mounts on the chassis it pulls a bit out every time I winch hard. I cut a few slots on the chassis mounts so that it would "squeeze" on the chassis more. Let me know if you have an issue with it pulling out, I think I'm going do a vertical bolt through each chassis rail to prevent this.

Yeah when I was mounting it I noticed that the ARB mounts do not sit flush on the chassis mounts. I ended up putting a washer in between the ARB mounts and the chassis while I was torquing down on the bolts to the ARB mounts to try to keep them equal.
