depends how its bolted down, side winching wouldnt be very good, its not very strong, but a straight pull should be ok,

it can and will. straight away pull you can still end up tilting the bumper up or down if there is any sort of elevation change. It's far from my favorite but it's what I have, also it's kind of useless as I prefer to double line as much as possible when winching to make things a little easier on the winch especially with how heavy these turds are..

Go up to larger bolts vs what the OEM bumper used Grade 8, then use lock nuts, and washers. Tighten the crap out of it, and it should not move. SRS compatible have more bolts on the crush cans that must also be extremely tight.

99 D2 removed a 1995/1996 Chevy Pickup bed like it was nothing. Bumper did tilt up maybe 1/4 of an inch. It's a D1 ARB non SRS compatible unit. I got home & had it sitting perfectly in under 5min and I tightened the bolts more than they were originally. I've winched out 2 Ford Excursions (Diesel), with it and it never moved at all.

The impact from the 1995/1996 Chevy was a 45-50MPH impact from the side so I expect a little movement.
