Default ARB Bumper question...

Hi everyone, new to the forum, new to LR, just acquired 2000 disco2 177k. Was able to get it back on the road with help from this forum. Many thanks! Anyway came across a ARB bumper on craigslist from a 2004 disco2 for cheap, thinking about trying to make it fit on my 2000? Thoughts?

You might have to trim the grill or headlight finishers. Not sure.

Also, the fog lights are different on 1999-2002 vs 2003-2004, so you'd need to adapt the harness if you want to use fog lights. The headlight washers are different too, so you'd need to adapt that or buy the newer style washer nozzles.

If it's the ARB I'm thinking of on CL that is NOT an ARB for an 03/04 D2. That is an earlier 99-02 ARB. It's got more than a few scratches, but it is cheap.

Yep that's the one I spotted it, but I don't think the drive up from Beaumont, TX would be worth it lol.

My brother lives in Forest Grove, OR and I was going to have him get it for me and ship it to TX vs buying a new ARB.

Paint her up and enjoy!! I wish we had deals like that in TX!!!
