So if i choose to run T.T. in the back and Detriot in the front... I would need New Axles? and Driveshafts? How much would all this cost? and if i need new driveshafts...Could i lift it 3" and Get that setup and have a driveshaft that works for the lift and the Locker.

$1200.00 for front/rear axles. http://www.lucky8llc.com/Products.asp?ProductID=2167
Another $500 for the TT http://www.lucky8llc.com/Products.asp?ProductID=2182
And $600 for the Detroit http://www.lucky8llc.com/Products.asp?ProductID=2181
Plus $200 for locker installation for the Detroit http://www.lucky8llc.com/Products.asp?ProductID=2169
Pretty sure you can install TT yourself (not 100% on this). Since it is a LS. Lockers are very difficult to install.
So roughly $2400 Plus shipping.

Do you already have CDL? If you do, you don't really "need" lockers...
Either way, I'm pretty sure you can get front/rear Tru tracs and keep your stock axles.
If you Do have CDL, a Lift + bigger tires are going to be a big help.
Mostly personal preference.. How much offroading do you plan on doing? Most people don't need lockers. I have met a ton of people who offroad and most of them don't have lockers.. Driver skill is more important.
Take it slow. If you plan on getting into serious offroading then lockers would be a good investment.

It is very obvious that you don't have a clue what makes a 4wheeler tick. So we don't waste each others time, send me your tele number and I'll call you and answer all your questions

For any full locker like the Detroit or ARB, axle shaft upgrades are a must. The extra force applied by the lockers on the axle shafts will at least twist if not break the factory shafts. IF you put a Detroit in the front you'll never be able to turn on a dry road.
I personally plan on Tru-tracs front and rear with HD axle shafts and 4.11 gears. I have never been a fan of the Detroit locker for any vehicle that is actually driven on roads.
Does your rear driveshaft have a u-joint at the rear differential or a roto-flex. If it has a u-joint back there you would be fine with the stock driveshaft with a 3" lift. 3" of lift is putting a roto-flex at the limit of what it can handle.
No matter how much money you put in to the truck in the form of mods, there is no substitute for experience. You can have a truck that is set up to go anywhere and do anything that is absolutely useless in the hands of an inexperienced driver.
