Default ARB Winch Bumper - mounting a winch?

Hey guys - I have an ARB winch bumper on my 01 Disco II and I am going to get a winch from Smittybilt or Superwinch....I know they are under-par compared to a Warn, but the price fits and I'll only be using it on the rare occasion that I have to pull someone out of a snow bank, etc. That said, my buddy/mechanic will help me install, but are there only certain ones that will "mount up" properly, and/or do I need a specific mounting kit from ARB? I just wasn't sure if all I need is the bumper and whatever winch kit I buy, or if there are other ARB accessories that I need to have. Thanks-

Call ARB or a distributor to see what will mount up to your bumper.
Also, how is your bumper mounted to your truck, to the frame or crush cans. It is important it be mounted to the frame to keep it from getting bent so shout if you have any questions.
