It was brand new(installed both sides at once). I installed them yesterday and then today I started the car up in the garage and everything looked okay till... BLAM!!!.

I bought these from a guy on Ebay. The bags were brand new and unopened in the clear plastic bags that shipped from the factory.

I know this is gonna be a hassle. I just looked on their website and the warranty is non-transferable.

Hopefully the guy that boiught them will help me out with the exchange...

seems they are not quite as good as "everyone says"

 

You of all people know, anything can fail.
As per quality, they rarely have a problem and the company is good on backing thier warranty.
