I have an Autel MaxiDiag Elite MD702. This diag tool does the job, it checks through the various selected systems, it reads codes and clears codes and runs live data in various formats. It doesn't re-program or do anything else too trick. IMO it's expensive for what it can do.
The best use to date has been for diagnosing and identifying the ABS faults and the autobox. It cost me £278 (circa $450) 3 years ago. There are better diag tools around now for that money.

I guess that was what I was asking; the MD series is the "MaxiDiag" line and the AL series is the "AutoLink" line. I believe the 802 and the 619 are the top of each series. What is the difference/benefit of each?
