All you HAVE to have is the 2nd item there. The 1st item there is just an extra luxury, but it is really nice not having to fumble with cords every time I get in the truck. Just turn on the Blutooth on my iPhone and it pairs up with the Wireless music receiver in the Cargo area which then inturn pipes it to the module kit under the passenger seat and then to the radio and out over the speakers.
