Default Battery light

So the other day my alternator died.Luckily I was near a Walmart so I got a new battery (since I needed one anyway ) so I could make it home.I bought a rebuilt alternator off push-n-go (great deal and a great guy) and threw it in.When I started up the battery light was on for about 2 minutes then it went off.Next day start up and the battery light is in again for about a minute then goes off.I drive 20 minutes to work everyday but everytime I start up for the last week the battery light goes on and stays on for about a minute. Any ideas?

The alt is not putting out until the regulator warms up.
