Default Best mattress for a D2

Hello all,

we want to get out as soon as this COVID mess ends. I’m looking for suggestions on a proper fitting mattress, either air or foam that fits well in the D2 with the back seats removed. I measure mine to be 46” wide by 69”. We are a couple so single mattresses are out.

What at do you use?

Can’t say what’s best for a rover, but I can say that the girl selling those purple mattresses is pretty cute. FWIW, YMMV.

I would look at getting a full size foam matteress. Make a template out of cardboard, trim the foam to match for a perfect fit. Full mattress would be a solid place to start 53"x75"
