Best online source for the upper radiator hose "T" and the plastic bumper trim clips
I did a little demo. the tee is pictured along with my extra special fancy dual port super duper bleed and feed front fill ghetto fab tee on the shroud tee.
actually, I had old school bleeder and improvised.
the nipples can be close but you can go up to a few inches with them. the clear hose is the no mess part is is 3/8 x 1/2, seeing the bubbles without loss of coolant is peace of mind and no mess. just lower the expansion tank till the coolant level is right above shut off valve then close the valve and ....... presto, no mess.
I had this junk laying around, but it could cost you upwards of $8 even more if you have to get a $3 tap

also if you mark your drill hole in the center of the "1", for the shut off. the raised "1" will be eliminated and You will be left with a, relatively, smooth surface, to snug up the valve.
