Default Best parts supplier at a fair price

I need to get several parts for my 2000 disco2. I would like to get started on the sensors, coils and gaskets that I know I need already. Who do you recommend for stuff like this. Atlantic British seams high on a lot of the sensors.

Thanks, Todd

I just shop around for prices. I always check autozone and advance auto parts though. If the item costs over $100 and Advance Auto parts carries it you can buy it online on their website and use coupon code: TRT41 at check out for $40 off a $100 or higer purchase. Make several single purchases if you have to. I always shop eBay and Amazon as well. Just figure out what part you want and do some online shopping. I try not to buy anything that doesn't have a lifetime warranty.

Ebay, amazon and rockauto are good starting points.

I posted it in another thread, but the LR dealership in Little Rock turned out to be significantly cheaper than AB and then gave me a military discount on top. So you should definitely check the dealership.

Check with Lucky8. They will have almost everything you need. Great group of guys and they are my first stop. You will get support from them unlike Rockauto and others.

yep engine components, like sensors, take some shopping. I find good prices a partsgeek, too.

I ordered a couple of window regulators from Lucky8 and the price was the best I found, and Justin was really helpful and was able to feign interest in me rambling on about my Disco. Was worth the piece of mind speaking to someone knowledgeable.

x2 they are always my first stop as well. Just ordered a brake light switch for my 83 110 (yes they can do ROW defender parts) and a fuel pump.

Like someone else said for the odd ball parts don't be afraid to check the dealer, I have found their prices to be pretty decent. I just picked up the timing cover oil plugs from the dealer, they were a a little cheaper but more importantly they could have them in 2 days.

All of those suggestions are great. I've used each. When I go cheap I try eBay. I've taken some changes there and been happy with all of them. Amazon is a good place too since most of the sellers are there... Unless you have a coupon for an individual seller.

Only thing about amazon is that they charge tax... But the two day shipping for prime purchases is divine.

I didn't see bputah listed. They are sometimes cheaper. You do have to shop around though.
