Locking the flywheel with a prybar, using the old serpentine with a prybar, installing the belt and locking other pulleys.
I agree

Default Crank pulley tool?

Anyone have a link to where I can buy the crank pulley tool or can I offer $ for a copy of the homemade one? I have a wobbly pulley after a rebuild that I think needs re-torqued.

Best,
alex

Just pull access plug to flywheel bolts and stick a 18mm socket and extension into an opening in the flywheel, rotate until it binds up, then tighten/loosen crank bolt.

This one post should be a sticky haha. It's so effective and so simple, it doesn't make sense to do it any other way.

I used a big strap wrench to undo and then torque mine. I did it from below on a lift though so it may be harder if you're working on your back or something.
