BG 44K or Seafoam
I first learned about this stuff when I had my infiniti q45 notorious for injectors going bad.I first bought me a can from a local rep he sold it to me for 34.00 dollars retail price very good stuff but now I only pay 12 bucks a can any this stuff is like a tune up in a can very amazing stuff.I just wanna know if you guys or girls use seafoam or bg 44k and what do you think is the better product and if so how much do you pay for a can.
i used seafoam on my Disco and my gf's mom's 88 Bronco II that would stall in reverse (automatic) I used 2 cans of seafoam, one for induction cleaning, one for gas tank. then i used a full can of carb/throttle body cleaner on the tb and it doesnt have anymore stalling issues.
When I used it on my disco with 59k i felt an improvement in idling and smoother acceleration... SEAFOAM all they way..

B&G's 44K has been around for ever and is by far the better product. That is not to say Seafoam isn't good, use it for the induction cleaning and the 44K in your tank, it will make a huge difference.
The bg44 is excellent if done properly with the right equipment, meaning pressurized cleaning. If you mean the bottle that you add in the fuel tank, you<re waisting your money. Tried 2 cans in a row and saw no benefits whatsoever.
44K was never intended to be used as an induction cleaning agent. B&G makes one but won't sell it on the retail market because it does require the proper equipment. 44K has never been a waist when used in the tank.
Put one can in before a couple hour drive and you will see a great difference.

I prefer to drop 44k in the tank when there is about 1/4 a tank of fuel left, then driven about 30 miles so that the concentrate has made it way to the fuel rail. Then let the truck sit overnight so its cleaning agents do their thing in the injectors. next day drive about the same milage then top-off tank. To me this seems to be the most cost efficient/results way to use 44K. Seafoam is better used to clean the intake system, by being pulled through a vacuum line. Both are recommened for better running results, but the seafoam will not do the justice the 44k will when dropped directly in the tank.44k, It is costly but i have seen it bring near 300k negleted motors back to life..
