Yup, Spike is right. Okay, Spike you can pat yourself on the back now

I replaced my stalk last year. This winter my wipers wont work until the cab of the truck warms up.

Replcae the stalk. And NO you don't have to remove the steering wheel as RAVE states. Search the forums I have a thread on here somewhere about the install.

Got the same issue. Only when first started. 2 minutes driving and it goes to normal. Only during winter.

I got 2 second delay.

Read this for help removing/replacing the stalk. It certainly helped me last year. CLICK ME

Ouch!! I broke my arm patting myself on the back!! lol
