Default Blower motor

Help, 2004 discovery Blower motor stopped working on all settings, replaced motor, resistor, all fuses are good. rear A/C blower still works. there is power to the motor at the plug via a 12v test light. I am stumped! has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Check the wiring from the plug back. Farther up the line there is another plug. Inspect that the wiring/plug is good. I recently replaced a blower motor and found that plug had began to melt. I believe this is a common issue with that harness. Easy place to start and rule out if all your fuses are good.

Does the blower itself run off a 12v battery directly connected to it? Sad to say it but parts quality has really really gone downhill lately.
