Default Blower Motor resistor install

2003 D2

I need to replace the blower motor and/or resistor. I have the replacement parts.

Is the resistor able to be replaced without removing the blower motor box?

Both of them are easy to address.

If I remember correctly the resistor pack can be removed by itself. If not, it's still an easy job to do.

I believe the instructions I went by had me drop the blower motor out of the way. Also told me to drop the glove box too so you can get a light in there. Easy enough job.

Agreed, the blower motor only took about 15 minutes to do. super easy. Is it stuck on high? Isnt that usually the mark of a failed resister?
