Default Blown fuse F14- Disco wont start- HELP

I have a 2000 Land Rover Discovery II that keeps blowing the fuse F14 in the under dash fuse box.

Most recent history on vehicle- Radiator hose popped off and over heated some. Fixed hose and filled water. Then Disco would not start. Check a number of motor problem possibilities. Started checking fuses. Found F14 fuse blown. Put in new fuse. Disco started up fine. Moved it around, turned off. Went to turn on later- blown fuse. Blows fuse when key is turned to ON position.

Anyone have this problem?? Did a search found nothing.
Any ideas?

Power fuse for both coils.

He needs to quit replacing the fuse before he does wire harness damage and get it over to his mechanic for a proper diagnostic inspection.

you have a short, Mike is exactly right fuses are to protect wires not components, the fuse blows so you don't start an electrical fire.
