Default Body to frame torque?

Going to install my new (to me) running boards today and realized I don't know the torque spec for the body-frame bolts. No idea what it is and I cannot find it!

seems important and heavy so I am thinking around 100 ft/lbs...but it does have a bushing which I don't want to ruin.

anyone know where I should be looking or what it is? Cant find it on alldata or rave
