Default Boston Repair Shop - Boston Roverland in Southie

Does anyone suggest a fair, honest independent shop anywhere in or around Boston? I searched the post and Boston Roverland (A Street in Southie) was suggested as they have all the tools to pull the codes I need read - it's convenient to work so thinking that may be best but if anyone has a shop they really trust, please suggest it!

Go to www.cartalk.com and click on the mechanix files link, enter your zip code and you can see what shops are recommended in your area.

I've used Roverland for years and from my experience they do better work than the dealers, the mechanics are all factory trained and they don't do unneeded work. They have recently changed their name to Overlander. Very convenient to my office in the financial district which is a plus. They are at 43 A Street in South Boston.

roverland is a good shop cheaper than the dealer and honest and are machanics not parts replacers.
if your rr is losing air they will replace the o-rings and not sell you a $600 metering block like the dealer.
they recently had my truck for two days to try and locate my tranny problem, while they were not able to help me with my problem; they also did not bill me for thier time. Unlike the LR dealer the week before did not find the problem either but billed me $700 anyway.
When i did locate the problem and went by to tell they were quite happy that i did, as they now know what to check if one comes in with the same problem.
