You would have to remove the brake line from the caliper or where it somes through the from, anywhere you can unscrew the brake line, and then just cap it with something that will screw over it.
Consider it a "trail" repair. Its not right but it willget you home.

update again... i got the short bus operational again after work today... i just pulled the metal section of the rear brake line from the caliper to the distribution block near the rear diff and went to the local parts store and scooped up a small threaded brass plug that would fit where the brake line had been... put some teflon tape on it and plugged it up... no more leak and now i can stop my truck again... just a temp fix until all the parts come in that i ordered today but plenty good enough to get me back and forth to work till i can fix it right...
