What sort of driving do you do, this will determine what sort of pads and rotors are needed?

Pretty much a less then daily driver ... mostly winter time truck very little off road ....I'd really like low dust pads ,
the current Rover pads(I assume they are stock) are dirty/dusty pieces ...

If you want to try a good site, call Tony at Cerrones, he sells a great rotor pad combination using ceramic dustlee pads.
650-365-4145, tell him Mike sent you.

FYI I just replaced the rear rotors & pads with a kit I bought from Eurotek APG for around $140 including shipping. They even included nitrile gloves, anti-squeal coating on the pads, & great instructions on how to do the job without damaging the ABS module. I'd highly recommend them

Ion a Rover, cheap is not always the best, if you want to be able to stop well with no squeaks and no trio on.

yes there seems to be tons of cheap ones the first two include pads ... the last one has some great cross drilling patterns ...
I'm not sure on quality or reliability

Too true Mike, "The quality of a product is long remembered after the price is forgotten" or something like that. Time will tell how long the pads last but I will say that they're quiet and the truck stops on a dime. Rotate the tires myself & check the brakes every 3k miles so given what I paid I'll bet I only get 20k miles out of them but that's plenty for me...
