heres what I did.

Bought new exhaust bolt and nut
Removed Exhaust manifold.
Could not remove exhaust bolt
Put it all back together without changing a thing

If it doesnt leak dont worry about it.

Just drill it, tap it, and fit a new bolt of your choice. Tap set at HD is fairly reasonable, better yet HF if you have one close.

You get a bolt extraction kit that comes with everything, drill included. Those studs are not so hard and easy to drill. You may be lucky and have enough stud left to grip it with a vice grip, soak it with penetrating oil like PB blaster and work it loose. You could also just take it to an exhaust shop and have them do it.
Get new studs, nuts and gaskets at DAP http://www.dap-inc.com/ and replace everything, it's pretty cheap. You need a new exhaust manifold gasket set if you remove the manifold.
