It's a great write-up that a body shop could use to do the custom mounting. I don't have the necessary tools or ability to pull it off on my own.

I wonder how much shipping costs from the UK?
Hi, I noticed this discussion going on and I see you mentioned getting stuff from the UK. I 'assume" you mean the winch plate, Well theres no need to, the Bearmach winch mount can be bought over there from DAP which must be a U.S retailer for bearmach stuff, with also a different selection of brush bars and winch bumpers

Okay, so the rumors are that OEM brushguards offer little actual protection? What brush/A-bars shield your disco?

Thanks for the suggestion. I think this is ideal assuming that there will be no issues mounting a brush guard later.

The prices are good, too.

Don't send him an e-mail, just go to their web site and check out the pictures.
By the way these are bumpers yoiu are looking at not brush guards.
