does anyone know where i can get a reasonable 03 04 bumper and headlights......i found one in the classified section of the forum but the turkey wont get back to me after two pms and an email !!

Always check there for parts, they may have what you need they may not. But if they do, the prices are much better than Atlantic British or any other place for that matter.

I don't know if this exists where you live,but, there is a place called specialized parts planet. It is a dismantler and they usually have anything you might need. However, roverland parts prices are almost as good and... their parts are new!

 

umm... thats what roverlandparts is. Good Quality Used parts.
Thats your best best finding a good used bumper unless you can find someone parting out an 03 or 04, which is rare BTW. The newer, the less likley to be parting out.
