To Bumper or not to Bumper

I love how us Disco owners think about the next owner. Very considerate!
If you're just trying to get it out of your driveway, just sell it as is.
If you're trying to get the max value out of it, then bumper it up. I'd say you'll get the value out of the repair. Couple points:
1) It amazes me how a few accessories skyrocket the value of these things. A steel bumper counts as an accessory. A D1 safari rack on a beat up D2 with some mud tires! Double the value!
2) What I would do: Slap on an AB front bumper, I think it's even under 500 bucks now on sale. Increase asking price by 1000. Doubled your cash.
3) I can't agree that a Disco (99-02 or 03-04) looks unbalanced if you just do the front, or rear bumper and leave the stocker on the other end. It's not like you need a matched set of bumpers. And most of the steel front bumpers do look fine without the steering guard too. t.
