Default Burrrrr !

Hi Guys,

I have a question for you about my 2003 Disco, when its cold out (-25C or -13F) my trucks heater works great ! When moving ! (grin)

If its sitting at idle it doesn't produce bugger all for heat. As soon as the revs come up - bang - lots hot air. Its great then, but as soon as I hit a traffic light and slow down and stop, after a minute or so its blowing cool air again.

And yes the antifreeze is right topped up! Any suggestions?

Cheers'
Dave

He said bugger, so probably Td5

But seriously how is your thermostat? Maybe pull it and test it.

This is happening on my v8. Thinking the heater core is partially blocked

Yeah. It would be nice to do only one head gasket at a time, right?
