California smog test & the 3 amigos

The 3 amigos are constantly on in the vehicle.

Can I pass a California smog test if I bring in the vehicle for inspection and the 3 lights are on??

Safety inspection, no.

Thanks, do you know if the safety inspection part of the CA registration renewal requirement?

No I do not know, but from what I hear no state does a safety inspection, they only do emissions.

I passed both emissions and safety in NYS with the 3 amigos on, small town station though.
