Default Can anybody identify this box?

I've searched and searched and have no idea what this box is. It has an inline 25amp fuse (if I remember correctly) and I've yet to see one on another disco that I've got parts off of. It's attached to the fuse box, going towards the firewall.
A close up shot of it.
anybody got an idea of what this is?

Based off the writing on it, it's manufactured by reed automotive and possibly something with the abs

That's for the auxiliary lights from the factory. They almost always stop working. I replaced mine with a simple relay & fuse setup.

I'm glad somebody knew what it was BC it was driving me bonkers since it even has "ABS" written on the box. I thought it might have been done on a service campaign or something. I have yet to try and wire any lights up but will in the future.

"ABS" is just the plastic type that the cover is made from. It stands for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. And that's all the useless info I got.

I've got that module too (#VU501690) but it doesn't work with my aftermarket fog lights.
I've got to totally rewire my fog lights to the switch and bypass the module.

It's not an LR fitment Luckyjayb, probably an aftermarket addition for some reason.

It looks like a US manufactured aftermarket piece of kit. IMHO it's unlikely to be anything related to the ABS braking system which is a German made WABCO system.

Where does the wiring from it go? Remember too that ABS is a type of plastic.
