Default can I remove SAI? PCV? EGR?

In the hopes of removing unnecessary emissions junk from my 01, can I pull the system out and just reprogram the feature out?
Has anyone added a crankcase breather and blocked off the return that gunks up the intake?
I am to understand we don't have an actual EGR, is that correct?
I want to still pass emissions obviously which means no codes.
None of these systems are good for the engine. And the SAI is just a pile of extra weight and parts.
