Question Can my Stock Disco 2 suspension handle barnwell mtn?

Would my stock d2 suspension be any fun out at barn well or just too small to enjoy the trails?

You will be fine on some trails. Others probably not. There were a few stock disco's at SCARR this year. Best if you go with someone that knows the place a bit.

good fun to be had stock. you'll be fine. many of the trails are not much more than bumpy roads. if you search around, you can find some more challenging ones. even the better trails usually have bypasses on the fun parts, if you aren't sure.
as Ralph said, following a truck that is familiar will make it an easy intro. to an area.

Yeah there are plenty of trails we walked stock vehicles through, quite easy.

How fast were you going? If you hit it at say 45mph would you have made it? ;-)

45 sounds like I would have dented my forehead.
I was pushing a good 5-10mph.

I've heard the ATV trails are fun in a Discovery!

This is true, especially if you have a black d2.
