Default Can rear windows be modified to go all the way down?

I hate the little less than half way thing. None of my other vehicles do it.

Look at the size of the window and look at the shape of the door , it's the design of the rear door that limits the amount it can lower

Never thought about it but it would be nice. THe only people that ride in the back seat of my Rover are adults... Oh nevermind, better leave them how they are. Don't want someone getting hurt. You might be able to change to a regulator for a front door but I don't know for sure if that would work.

NO WAY ... like I said the window will not fit inside the rear door , a tape measure will reveal that ...

Fire is right, it would be impossible for the window to go down all the way, if anymore at all.
Just look, you'll see.

Your only option is to cut the upper half of the window off. It's the tire wells that gets in the way otherwise.

Why do you want to roll your window down?
The only time I roll mine down is when I go to the bank, I HATE driving with my windows down, reduces MPG and messes up my hair!
