Round 2 goes to me! Dropped it today w/ no issues other than almost stripped a nut because I couldn't get the socket to fit so used a wrench and vice for the front.

Anyway, it's in high lock now while I rebuild tomorrow. However, I noticed that the flange on the transfer case has some play in it and when I accelerate I can hear a clunk. Same thing happens - albeit somewhat less - when I lift my foot off the gas. Normal?
