No. Coolant from the TBH has no path to enter the intake/combustion/exhaust stream.

The coolant and the intake don't really intersect unless there is a hole in the actual throttle body going from the coolant channel to the intake, which would seem extremely unlikely. Does the smoke go away at any point? You might be burning oil (how's your oil level)?

On older 3.9/4.0/4.2/4.6L engines those TBH “could” leak coolant & seep up thru the bolt holes/threads directly up into the intake which is very rare but I have pulled plenty off with 2 rusty inner bolts (they go 100% thru the intake vs the outer 2 which are sealed off). It’s not enough to damage the engine but it could leak.

Bosch engines = no way as the 3 bolt holes do not go up into the TB opening.

Moisture in the exhaust is common & much more noticeable during cooler weather.

well changed the thermostat, Plugged TBH hoses, filled and burped, drove 10 blocks, white smoke from exhaust thicker and thicker temp starts to raise .
stopped, coolant was down but as I loosened the coolant cap coolant came back. checked the oil looks good, open oil filler cap and had some gunk inside of cap and top of filler pipe!
head gasket?
the thermostat was definitely bad but the truck never hit the red line on gage but for a second!
Head gasket?

the inside of the oil cap can look milky under normal operating conditions if you mainly take short drives. Totally normal.

so tomorrow going to check pressure and the presence of exhaust vapors.i would be sure its a head gasket it it didn't happen while startup parked in the morning of 50 degree temp.
and if the thermo stat hadn't been bad and if the truck was run hot more than a second it took me to pull over.
funny I check fluids like a maniac, just re did the rear suspension from air and steering box and steering pump complete redo and flush.
damn hope its something else! any more ideas?
can it be air in the system i also replaced all the hoses with bleeder valve?
