Will a 97 Disco cat Y pipe be a direct fit to a 2003 Disco?

 

Kind of.

o2 sensors bungs are different.

I used a 1995 RRC y pipe on my D2. I had the exhaust shop weld in new o2 bungs that they had in stock. Cost a staggering $50.

Other than that..it fit up quite well. Exhaust shop did the install but it fit like the standard D2. Only reason I had them install it is because 5 of the 6 manifold studs broke.

2 years later it's still perfect. Cats haven't hollowed themselves out like the old ones did at 190k.

 

Thanks, I only use the '03 for off roading and the 97 is now a parts car.
