Default Catalytic convertor options

I have a code 45 "catalyst efficiency below threshold" on my passenger side cat. I've switched sensors side to side and get the same readings, I also had a shop confirm today that the cat is going out.

Whats the best option for replacement? I can get used for about $300, not sure on that. A good muffler shop wants $450 to weld two new ones in, which I could do myself if I wasn't so busy. Or Roverland parts looks to have a bolt in y-pipe complete for about $600.

Am I missing any options here? Resetting the code is becoming annoying.

Atlantic British has the DI y-pipe for $469. Not sure on shipping though.
