Default CDL in a 02 disco

I am thinking about putting a CDL in my 02 disco, I have found one from a 00 with 120,000 miles on it for really cheap, before I hall off and spend some money I was wondering about the electrical side of things, reprogaming the ecu etc, I have herd you can just splice some wires together, it won't be some thing I do right away i have a bunch of other stuff further up the list to deal with first but its a good deal and I don't want it to slip by me.

No wires needed, no splicing or messing with the ecu needed.

No problem. Also when you do swap out the T-case, make sure to get new seals for all the outputs. Definitely cheap, and will prevent leaking for "years" to come. Also check your tranny output shaft for wear, mine had a large groove in it and was leaking bad.

Will you be using a D1 or cable style shifter assembly?
If you go with the D1 style, make it an easier job and also order a D1 Hi/Low shift plate so your linkage lines up and no bending is required.
If you want some help locating those parts, call Paul Grant, his number is in my signature section, he should have both the shifter and plate.
