Default Cdl?

Hi All,

I just had to drop my front drive shaft to replace the U-joints unexpectedly. The truck needs to be moved. I have been reading that I can lock the CDL and be able to drive with just the rear shaft, albeit gingerly.

Anyhow, is this possible? If so, how is it done?

Thanks,

K

p.s. I like pictures with my instructions, makes it more idiot proof!

Is there any way to drive the truck? Or do I need to arrange a tow?

Thanks,

K

You need a tow or a push depending on how far you need to move it.

There is no way to drive the truck. I tried it with mine without the front drive shaft and the CDL not engaged, it won't even move an inch.
