Im just checking to see if the actual shaft is the same length between the early D1 shaft with the bent actuator arm and the later D2 shaft with the straight actuator arm. If so i'm wondering if you could just order the earlier D1 selector shaft with the bent arm from the dealer and swap it into the later D2 housing and have everything be hunky dory when using the D1 CDL lever setup.

I was at the breakers this morning and there was D1 that i pulled the CDL linkage from for a friend, tried to get the hi/lo selector housing from off the top of the t-case but the bolts weren't going anywhere. They kept trying to round off and i was short on time so i said forget about it.. Just trying to see if there was another way to make it work..
