Default CDL from poland

Has anyone on here bought one of these CDLs off ebay from poland? I did and it just isn't fitting right and I was wondering if anyone could help with experience. I feels like it just needs to bend a bit out either at the arm on the nipple or bend the bracket. Anyways so far I'm not impressed with it but I don't have an ashcroft to compare it to. PLEASE HELP!

I bought a US one out of a vehicle junk and even that needed to be tweaked to fit right, the angle was off and wouldnt allow for enough leverage to enguage, instead the bar would just bend. a few trial and error bends to get a good angle and eventually we got it to work

Can you post a link to what you purchased. Then we might be able to help you.

yes acg that's the one, if you're going to buy one wait till he drops the price, he sits on it and drops it till one sells then brings it back up. I guess i was hoping for a better fit. Drowssap was yours really far to the right when it was installed? I know you have to cut a square in the metal plate but I find that i'll probably have to cut away some of the plastic on the console to get it to fit at all. It's just a really bad fit on mine. Thanks for the help, i guess I'll just start bending away till it fits. My problem is that it will engage but it won't come back to disengage.

yes i had to cut the mounting plate under the console, it is necessary because this shifter is a H pattern. never has to do anything to the console. do you have any pictures of your install? they may help.

See, the lever is so far to the right I have to cut the plastic away to get it to fit.
